    Thank you for the recipes. I can’t wait to try some. I see in some of the instructions you state to remove skin peel and even cook sweet potatoes. Is this due to the type of juicing machine you use? Also I’m interested to know how much water to consume daily or if it’s even necessary? One more thing if your not juicing for weightless how much juice would be helpful to consume for daily vitamins.
